We want you to be completely satisfied with your Soeur purchase, which is why we offer a 14-day return window from the date of delivery. All returned items must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging and include the printed return slip provided during the online initiation process.

• 3.
  Affix the Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label from our portal, then securely attach it to the outside of your parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to the nearest authorized drop-off point and keep your receipt until your refund has been processed by our team.
